Thanks to its 40 years of experience, MARCHALD FILTERS has designed an upgrade kit, for KAWASAKI KX 450 F m.y. 2024, that significantly improves the life, maintenance and performance of the intake. The kit consists of a high-density plastic cage made in 3D printing and a MARCHALD FILTERS' racing filter in self-extinguishing foam. The cage is equipped with 8 hooks for fixing the air filter (similar to the CRF system from 2021); this avoids drilling the filter, creating potential harmful access for dirt and dust, as it happens when using the original filter cage.

The air filter is specifically made, with 8 fins for fixing to the cage and a special cross-gluing makes it structurally more robust, preventing it from collapsing during use in case of a very dirty filter.

Replacement filters are available in three versions: pre-oiled, racing and high protection.
